The Binondo Church: Ang Pinakamamahal Kong Simbahan!! =))

Kung inyong matatandaan, nagkaroon ang ako ng 5 sunod-sunod na blog entries about my most beloved church of all time. And obviously, Binondo Church yun. Haha..

Do Charitable Works, 2.) Communicate more with God and Last, Fasting and Abstinence. =))

Ayun.. =))

Enjoy!! =))

Give Back!! =))

Enjoy!! =))

LP 90: Balak (plan)!! =))

Hahaa.. Buti na lang at wala kami pasok bukas dahil St. Thomas' Feast day. Ayun at nakapost pa ako ng ganitong oras. Haha..

Hello pala mga Ka-LP.. =))

My Most Beloved Church of All Time, Binondo Church =)) (v.05)

Well here it is guys, the final and the last post of my 5 blog posts special about my favorite church of all time, which you already knew, Binondo Church.hehe =))

It's been kinda sad actually that this would be the last of my photo set of Binondo Church because I really wanted to tell a lot about this church.

I will admit to all of you viewers on how much I love this church that I it actually made me teary eyed sometimes by just going to this church because it's something very close and special to me that I don't wanna leave it. Having all the people there is like a one big family.

Earlier this morning, I went again to this church to attend the mass for the Immaculate Conception. I am pretty happy that I made it to mass because this would be the first time, I think, that I attended a mass during this obliged holiday. Mass is a necessity for me now that it kinda improved my senses about things.

I've been cutting you always with the person that I wanted to see the most every time I went there and I think it is best for me not to continue the story about this. Haha.. Basta, it's something that is very private and should not be spread throughout the world.

So here it is, some random pics of Binondo Church from its exterior to its interior to to the side doors and many more. =))

Enjoy!!

My Most Beloved Church of All Time, Binondo Church =)) (v.04)

Well, here's my 2nd and last post of the day and the 4th of 5 blog posts about, once again, Binondo Church.

Just like what I said a million times now, I really admire this church that's why I made a 5 part special entries dedicated for the Minor Basilica of San Lorenzo Ruiz. It brought a lot of memories to people that I am seeing every time I went in there.

I will admit that it really changed my life and started to realize something good and probably bad too. It deals something with love. In a positive sense, it really brought me closer to my parents, especially to both my Mom and Dad because my Lola and Lolo always come too. They are my biggest priorities in life that when I really grow up as a real adult, I would really support them in everything that they need. It is just in return for everything that they gave to me. They opened my eyes on what I can be and should be.

And the other part about love.. Hmm.. Love is really a suicidal sometimes that you don't know if it's the right one or the wrong one. Well, I would not want to talk about it and elaborate it in a very detailed way because I don't if this is really something or simply just an admiration.." think again!!" (this one's for me) =))

So moving on, there is also one love that I found in this church and that is the choir even though sometimes the girls of the choir are not in tune, but I really admire the tune and the smooth voice of the boys. This part is really important for me because I am part of a Chorale Guild during my High-school days and it really changed my perspective on what life really is all about. They are absolutely great, both this choir and our choir.

But when someone found what really their love was.. For sure, it will to an everlasting happiness to the couple. =)).. So as my admirations for all the couples that stayed true to each other and those who will be soon, please do love your partners more than your life for they shall bring the best of memories you would every experience, a wonderful experience. =))

Enjoy the set that I took at the Binondo Church wherein someone gets married and they are walking towards the altar.. =))

My Most Beloved Church of All Time, Binondo Church =)) (v.03)

Welcome back guys.. Well, it's almost 12am here in the Philippines.. Just what you all know, this would be the 3rd of my 5 blog posts about my beloved church of all time, Binondo Church.

Probably by posting a lot of things about Binondo Church, you already knew something about me that I have not opened it up to anyone.

So here's the thing. It's pretty hard when you are at your down fall. I am sure that it's not only me wherein something very heavy is within oneself, I am pretty sure that it also happened to you. This situation happened to me for a lot of times. Aside from my parents who served as my guidance and support, there's this important person that I really trust the most and that is God.

It's pretty tough that you are expecting for something good and when this expectation did not happen, it's very demeaning. But I just like what i said, just recently, that I became closer to God because of an obstacle that I faced and it deals studies.I know it's all me but I prayed really hard for it but it did not changed what I wanted but rather what I expected happened. But even though this tough challenged came to conquer me, I really did became more attached to God that my faith with HIM became stronger than before.

Just like every morning before I go to classes, I always allot a time for praying by going to this beautiful church of Binondo. It kinda gave me a sense of peace that I always wanted to feel every time I am sad or mixed emotions. I am relieved every time I went inside the church that it made me smile..always make me smile.. =))

Here's the set of photos from the main hall of the church where masses are held..Enjoy =))

My Most Beloved Church of All Time, Binondo Church =)) (v.02)

Well, here's the 2nd of the 5 Blogs about my favorite and beloved church of all time, Binondo Church.

Just like what I previously posted, Binondo church is a pretty marvelous work of creation. Binondo Church has been bombed during the war in Manila when Japanese occupied this territory. So mostly that you can see in the church are rebuilt, but I think the front part bell towers were the original ones. Just like what my dad says, the original one is made of Adobe and now some of its exterior are made of just simple bricks. But still, I admire their historical value. They mean so much to me.

As what everybody knows, the very first saint in the Philippines, San Lorenzo Ruiz served as an altar boy here. I am very proud of what this church contributed not only for the history of the Philippines but also touching every parts of the world.

In connection with the people here, just like what I previously posted about what Monsignor Reyes says every start of his sermon, the kids are adorable. They are in some kind of a community that visits the church every Sunday and they have some assistance. Badly, I don't have any pictures of them because I don;t want to take pictures inside the Church while a mass is going on, for respect. I can only see them during these times, so sorry if I don;t have any. =))

Well, that's it for now, a lot more to tell tomorrow. Here's the second set of my Bindondo Church Pics.. The previous blog is about the exterior of Binondo Church. now, it's about the 2nd part of the church just after its main gate where there's the place for candle lighting and a Crucifixion of the Christ Statue.. Enjoy =))

My Most Beloved Church of All Time, Binondo Church =))

It's been a long time that I really wanted to take a set of photos from my most beloved church of all time, Binondo Church. This is the Church that I grew up on.

My history with the Minor Basilica of San Lorenzo Ruiz or best-known as Binondo Church, started when I was still 5 months old. I was baptized here with the assistance of my parents and especially the priest.

Years, more years and probably the rest of my life, I would visit this Church. That's how I really loved this Church. From the past years, I am really not that appreciating Binondo Church because I am just going there for the sake of going to mass. But recently, I realized how beautiful this church was. It's full of history and people here are all equal.

I enjoy most here every Sunday is the 8:30 mass by our Monsignor Jerome Reyes. He always give masses that are pretty current that he manages to apply the biblical teachings to our current situations. He makes us all laugh by starting his sermon with: "Mama Mary Loves You, pakiulit nga sa inyong mga katabi" =)).. There, then everyone looks at each other and started greeting as if everyone really are brothers and sisters and that's probably his purpose, for all us to be ONE. I am privileged to hear his pretty good sermon. =))

There's this also one thing that I really looked out to every Sunday but I think it is best for me not to tell it.. hmm.. I am really thinking about this almost the whole time I have time to think.

So there, you can hear more about my stories at Binondo Church on my 5-part Posts.. Pls do watch out for it.. tnx =))
